1 Introduction

Welcome to CEO99 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "CEO99", "we", "us", or "our"). CEO99 is an online entertainment platform providing casino games, sports betting, live dealer services, and related gaming products to registered users. The Platform is operated as an English-language service and is specifically designed for users in the Malaysian market.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the registered or prospective user ("you", "your", "the User", or "the Player"), and CEO99. These Terms apply to all services offered on the CEO99 platform accessible at ceo99.cam, including any sub-pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, or associated services.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service provided by CEO99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you may have registered.

2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with CEO99, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be aged 21 years or older. CEO99 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all registered users. Providing false information about your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single account: You are permitted to hold only one active CEO99 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be suspended upon detection.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension initiated by you or by CEO99.
• Own funds: All funds deposited must be entirely your own. You may not use credit facilities, loans, or funds belonging to third parties to fund your CEO99 account.
• Accurate information: All registration details provided must be true, accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money gaming services on CEO99, you must complete the registration process in full, providing a valid username, password, email address, date of birth, and any other information requested. Incomplete registrations will not be processed.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. CEO99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify CEO99 immediately upon becoming aware of any suspected unauthorised access to your account.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, CEO99 requires completion of KYC verification. You will be required to submit: (a) a valid government-issued photo identification document such as a Malaysian MyKad, driver's licence, or passport; (b) proof of current residential address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months; and (c) a selfie photograph holding your ID document. Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission.

4.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, CEO99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void pending withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus funds held therein.

5 Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

The CEO99 platform is provided exclusively for personal entertainment purposes. You may access and use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. All services are provided for use by the registered account holder personally — sharing accounts, transferring balances to third parties, or using the Platform on behalf of others is not permitted.

5.2 Platform Availability

CEO99 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous Platform availability. However, we do not warrant uninterrupted access and accept no liability for service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated to users where practicable.

5.3 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection, and browser meet the minimum technical requirements to operate the Platform. CEO99 accepts no responsibility for losses attributable to technical failures on the User's side, including but not limited to disconnections during live game sessions.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

CEO99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels:

• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect
• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Transfer: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange)
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), Litecoin (LTC)

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The maximum deposit per transaction is RM30,000. Transaction limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Deposit Processing

E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are typically credited instantly to your CEO99 account balance. FPX bank transfers are ordinarily processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times, which vary by network conditions.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. CEO99 aims to process approved withdrawals within 5 minutes for standard accounts and with express priority for Silver and Gold/VIP loyalty tier members. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

6.4 Currency

All transactions on CEO99 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). For cryptocurrency deposits, the applicable MYR-equivalent value will be calculated at the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction. CEO99 does not charge currency conversion fees for MYR transactions. Any fees levied by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

6.5 Responsible Fund Use

You warrant that all funds deposited into your CEO99 account are legitimately sourced and owned by you. CEO99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds at any time and to delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory review.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers extended by CEO99 are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time of the offer. The following general terms apply to all bonus products unless otherwise stated in the specific offer documentation:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. CEO99 reserves the right to exclude any User from a promotional offer at its reasonable discretion.
• One bonus per promotion: Each User is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the offer documentation expressly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier for each offer is stated clearly in the offer documentation (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x).
• Maximum bet restriction: While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or transaction is as specified in the offer terms. Exceeding the stated maximum bet limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Full contribution rates are available in the relevant offer terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry window from the date of claiming, typically 7, 14, or 30 days as specified per offer. Uncompleted wagering requirements after expiry result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

CEO99 offers multiple welcome bonus options for new registrants, including but not limited to a 288% Magnificent Bonus up to MYR 2,880, a 100% Standard Bonus up to MYR 300, a 188% Esports Bonus up to MYR 888, and a 2% Cryptocurrency Deposit Bonus up to MYR 688. 7.3 Loyalty Program Bonuses

Birthday bonuses, cashback rewards, and referral bonuses issued under the CEO99 Loyalty Program are subject to the general bonus terms above unless specific program rules state otherwise. Birthday bonuses are credited automatically to eligible accounts and are tier-dependent (Bronze: MYR 188 / Silver: MYR 388 / Gold: MYR 888 / VIP: MYR 2,688). Referral bonuses of MYR 38 per successful referral are credited upon the referred user's first qualifying deposit, subject to 10x wagering.

8 Gameplay & Betting Rules

8.1 Game Integrity

CEO99 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable electronic games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. 8.2 Bet Finality

8.3 Sports Betting Rules

In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or other exceptional circumstance, CEO99 will apply standard industry settlement procedures as communicated in the sports betting terms.

8.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, connectivity error, or system error that results in an incorrect game outcome, payout, or settlement, CEO99 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the User's account balance. No liability will attach to CEO99 for any consequential claims arising from game malfunctions.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the CEO99 platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

1. Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud CEO99, other users, or payment processors, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or the use of stolen payment credentials.
2. Collusion: Coordinating with other players in table or card games to gain an unfair advantage, whether through communication, chip dumping, or any other means.
3. Automated play: Use of bots, automated betting scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to place bets without direct human interaction.
4. Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, providing false information to qualify for promotions, or engaging in low-risk betting patterns designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal financial risk to the User ("bonus whoring").
5. Money laundering: Using the CEO99 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering scheme or other financial crime.
6. Under-age access: Attempting to access the Platform while under the age of 21, or facilitating access by any person under the age of 21.
7. Technical exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or system errors for financial gain. Any such gains are void and must be returned to CEO99 upon request.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the CEO99 platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, written content, software, trade names, and brand identifiers, is the intellectual property of CEO99 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to: reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content; scraping or automated data collection; or reverse engineering of any Platform software or technology.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CEO99 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Loss of winnings, profits, or data resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or circumstances beyond CEO99's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including but not limited to losses resulting from account suspension due to prohibited activities.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information published on the Platform, including odds, promotional terms, or game descriptions.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit CEO99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by CEO99

CEO99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or where continued account operation would expose CEO99 to legal or reputational risk.

12.2 Account Closure by User

You may request closure of your CEO99 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receiving a valid closure request, CEO99 will process the closure and return any verified real-money balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to outstanding wagering obligations being resolved first.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason: all pending bonus offers and uncompleted wagering requirements are forfeited; access to the Platform is revoked immediately; and any winnings generated through breach of these Terms are void and unrecoverable.

13 Responsible Gambling

CEO99 is committed to providing a safe and responsible entertainment environment. We acknowledge that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care to all players seriously.

CEO99 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Users:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after specified session durations to manage your time on the Platform.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Request permanent account closure with a self-exclusion flag. CEO99 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from registering a new account during the exclusion period.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

14.1 Dispute Resolution

Please provide full details of your complaint, including your account username, the date and nature of the issue, and any supporting information.

14.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as CEO99 making any representation regarding the legality of online gambling in your specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the CEO99 platform complies with any laws applicable to you in your place of residence.

14.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

15 Amendments to These Terms

CEO99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue using the Platform and request account closure.
